Whether you're managing a single site or coordinating safety across multiple premises, your Firehub portal gives you total control and clarity - anytime, anywhere.
Fire safety is essential to ensure that fires are unlikely to occur in your premises; that if they do occur they are likely to be controlled or contained quickly, effectively and safely; or that, if a fire does occur and grow, everyone in your premises is able to escape to a place of total safety easily and quickly.
A Fire Risk Assessment is a legal requirement. If you are responsible for a building, for example a employer, owner or occupier of premises that aren’t a ‘single private dwelling’ (a private home), you need to make sure a suitably competent person completes a Fire Risk Assessment. It is your duty to identify fire risks and hazards in your premises and take appropriate action.
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 requires that the Responsible Person is to carry out a “suitable and sufficient” Fire Risk Assessment of the risks on the premises with the form the assessment takes dependent on the type and size of your premises.
As a competent Fire Risk Assessor I work with clients to ensure they meet their obligations for the Fire Safety Order Regulations.
Rather than just sending my clients a completed report by email I provide them with access to a portal where they can view and download the completed reports. The significant findings from the report will be listed on the dashboard which clients use as a to-do list, each task can be assigned to the appropriate person to do the task and report back when completed.
The unique management level of the portal means that clients who are responsible for more than one property can have oversight across all their properties and will be able to manage the improvements in one place in a more effective way.
